Management Profile: Mr. Almero Bourbon
Almero is a Systems Engineer and entrepreneur with vast experience in owning and managing various successful companies delivering enterprise projects both from a design and development level, through production and to actual deployment and delivery across a broad spectrum of disciplines.
As the owner of Bourbon Investments (Pty) Ltd, he has extensive experience in delivery of projects, especially in Africa. This did not limit his scope as he for e.g. at the beginning of 2003 spent six
months in Warsaw, Poland developing the technology standards and specifications, processes and procedures for the Polish Border Posts at the border with Belarus. These became the accepted technology standards for implementation before Poland became an EU member in 2003.
He is a founding member of the current CSI Projects initiative in developing IT and telecommunications infrastructure into Africa. He is also a director of various companies.
