Management Profile: Mr. Carlos Tamele
Carlos has extensive experience in the public sector where has he has been National Chief for the Calculus Centre for the Mozambique government, been an engineer at the Centre of Mozambique Telecommunication Company and been Head of Department of Operations relating to government systems.
He has a MSc Eng degree in information technology from Warwick University,(UK), a Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering at
Essex Anglia Polytechnic University (UK)and completed a Electronic Engineering course from Eduardo Mondlane University in Mozambique.
He is currently the advisor to the Minister of Science and Technology. He is also Head of infrastructure for the incubator development in Mozambique as well as the Science and Technology Park which focuses on skills development.
